These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Celebratio website (celebratio.co.za) and to all event tickets and farm stay bookings made through it, by phone or by email. In these terms, “Celebratio”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Celebratio Pomegranate Farm, and “you” refers to the person using the website or making a booking. By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Event tickets – conditions of sale
The following conditions apply to every ticket purchased for a Celebratio event or show. They are also printed on your ticket.
- Print your ticket for admission.
- There are no discount tickets for children.
- Once payment has been received for tickets your booking is confirmed and no refunds will be given for tickets purchased.
- In case of bad weather on the day of and during an event, no refunds will be given.
- All bookings are on reserved and numbered seats. Events take place outdoors so bring warm clothing, blanket etc in case of colder weather. Certain restaurants and wine cellars will provide food and beverages for purchase from 18:00 on the day of an event. No outside food and/or drinks will be allowed on the premises.
- You will attend the event/show at your own risk and indemnify the owners against any claims that might arise from your attendance at the event/show.
- Right of admission is reserved.
3. Buying tickets online
- All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).
- Online payments are processed securely by PayFast. Celebratio does not see or store your card or banking details.
- Your booking is only confirmed once your payment has been received. Bookings that are not paid remain unconfirmed and may be cancelled, and the seats released for sale.
- Once your payment is confirmed, your tickets are emailed to you as a PDF. Please check that your email address is correct when booking. If you have not received your tickets, check your spam folder or contact us.
- Please check the event, date, number of tickets and seats before paying. Contact us as soon as possible if anything is incorrect.
- Each ticket admits one person to the event, date and seat shown on it.
4. Changes to or cancellation of an event
- We may need to change event details such as the programme, performers or starting time. Where possible, we will notify ticket holders by email.
- If Celebratio cancels or postpones an event, ticket holders will be offered a transfer to the new date or a refund of the ticket price.
5. Farm stay accommodation
- Accommodation bookings are subject to the rates, deposit and cancellation terms confirmed to you at the time of booking.
- Check-in and check-out times are as stated in your booking confirmation.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to or loss of property caused during their stay.
- Occupancy may not exceed the number of guests confirmed for the booking.
- Right of admission is reserved.
6. Visiting the farm
Celebratio is a working farm. For your safety, please follow the instructions of our staff and any signage, keep to the areas open to visitors, and supervise children at all times. Visitors enter and use the farm at their own risk.
7. Use of this website
- The information on this website is provided in good faith. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but details such as prices, dates and availability may change without notice.
- All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos and graphics, belongs to Celebratio or is used with permission, and may not be copied or used without our written consent.
- You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage it or interfere with its operation.
- This website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
8. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information only to process your bookings and to communicate with you about them, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celebratio, its owners and staff will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense arising from the use of this website, a booking, or attendance at an event or stay on the farm, except where caused by our gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law that cannot be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
